1. Services offered

Divinova Solutions provides business registration and compliance support services, including CIPC company registration, SARS registration, UIF registration, BEE affidavits, director and shareholder amendments, registered address updates, share certificates, annual returns and related business services.

We act as an independent service provider that prepares and submits applications on your behalf. We are not a government body and we do not control the decisions, systems or turnaround times of CIPC, SARS, the Department of Employment and Labour or any other authority.

2. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include our professional service fee.
• Statutory or government fees are payable as part of the quoted price unless stated otherwise.
• Prices displayed on our Services and Pricing pages are the current prices and may change at any time.
• Promotional offers apply only for the period stated and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Additional work outside the scope of your order is quoted separately before it is performed.

3. Payment terms

• Payment is made by bank transfer into our Capitec Business Account.
• Full payment is required before any application is actioned or submitted.
• Your order is only confirmed once your payment has been verified by our team.
• Invoices and quotations issued from your dashboard are payable on presentation unless stated otherwise.
• We do not accept or store card details; payments are made from your own banking app.

4. Customer responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents.
• You must supply certified copies of identity documents and proof of address where required.
• You must be authorised to act for the company and the persons whose details you submit.
• You must respond promptly to requests for missing or corrected documents.
• You remain responsible for your own ongoing tax, labour and statutory obligations.

Delays, rejections or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you are your responsibility.

5. Processing times

All turnaround times shown on our website are estimates in business days and start once payment has been verified and all required documents have been received and approved. Government systems experience downtime, backlogs and verification queries which may extend processing times. Divinova Solutions cannot guarantee a specific completion date.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, layout, design, logos, the Divinova Solutions name, templates, forms and software — is owned by or licensed to Divinova Solutions and is protected by South African and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or adapt any part of it without our prior written consent. Documents prepared specifically for you become yours once paid for in full.

7. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but to the maximum extent permitted by law Divinova Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid for the specific service concerned. We are not liable for decisions, delays, penalties or errors of CIPC, SARS, the Department of Employment and Labour, banks, payment providers or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. We ask that you first contact us by email or WhatsApp so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
